Terms and Conditions Conditions of use: BY USING THIS SITE, YOU INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW Site Content We endeavour to keep all information on our site both up to date and accurate, however on some occasions this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed. The website contains copyrighted information which is obtained and used under license from the copyright holders. On some occasions some of the functionalities of the website can be suspended temporarily during maintenance and repair operations. We will do our best to ensure that these occasions are as brief and infrequent as possible. Sales Taxes Bushfire-Shop does not currently charge value added tax within the European Union. However, we may need to review this in the future. Your Account By using this website you accept all responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of all of your account details, including your password. This may involve restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised use of your account, as you will be held responsible for any activity that takes place under your registered account details. Order Confirmation We confirm all submitted orders via email. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 12 hours, please contact us by sending an email to help@bushfire-shop.org or alternatively you can complete our Online Contact Form. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send  you e-mail confirmation that we've despatched that product to you. Any other products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation E-mail to have been desptached do not form part of the contract. Delivery We endeavour to despatch goods within 3 working days from receipt of payment. However, should items become out of stock and we are unable to deliver then we will advise you using your submitted email address, and either refund you the amount paid, or with your approval forward the ordered goods once we receive new stock. Children Some of our products are aimed at children, however these are not available for purchase by children and must only be purchased by adults. Persons under the age of 18 may ONLY USE THIS SITE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. Your Conduct By using this website, or entering into correspondence with Bushfire-Shop, you accept full responsibility for all data and electronic communications sent from your computer to us. This website must not be used for any of the following: Fraudulent purposes, or in connection with any unlawful activity. To send, use or reuse any material that is offensive, abusive or indecent. To send, use or reuse any material that is in breach of copyright, confidence or privacy. To send or use correspondence containing or in the nature of viruses, chain letters, mass mailings or spam. Bushfire-Shop reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and / or cancel transactions at its disrection, if it believes that customer conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
